Ordered my daughters school photos on November 28 2. 5x7 for 14.99 paid 7.99 for shipping and handling placed my order it said that it would be there within a week. An entire month goes by I email them on the 30th of December asking for any information on my order and when I would be receiving it. Have heard absolutely nothing from them cant get a hold of anyone. they will not reply to my messages and its now Jan 28th. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them ever again extremely unprofessional Im very disappointed. Its one thing if youre short staffed its another thing if you were completely ignoring the customer with zero communication.
Hopefully the company will see this and do right by me giving me my refund at the very least.
