      image It's not even a greyhound station anymore in medford. It's rvtd. Bus never showed and left me stranded. Calling them is a joke. They know nothing! I will never use this joke of a company again!

      image I am getting sick and tired of these buses leaving right when the other bus pulls in. Evertime I get to a bus stop that has a certain time they arrive its never on time. But when we show up to the station they leave whatever time it is on the dot. When my bus pulls in I'm trying to run down for my other bus home and they drive off like they didn't see me. They need to wait a few minutes at the station. Old people take the bus as well. It's getting really annoying that they don't care about the customers.

      image Just found out that this is not greyhound anymore and have to get tickets online. I just don't get it anymore... This can be difficult for some that don't have internet Or not so internet savvy. So I suppose that greyhound is up by petro now.. That's what I keep hearing.

      image This station is no longer a grayhound stop! Grayhound sucks and there is no way to contact them via phone after hours. Plus the trip was supposed to board at 2:30 am and while waiting for a bus at the wrong place I got harassed by Medford Police. So many better ways to travel. Never recommended!

      image Not sure who needs to know this. But, the greyhound no longer stops in Medford. Check grants pass.
