I refinanced my home and Carla was incredibly helpful in the process. The original documents sent were incorrect, so Carla got on the phone and worked out what exactly needed to be sent to us and spent an additional day getting the signing together. Very nice lady and an enjoyable person to do business with.

Came to our home to notarize closing sales documents for our home in California.  Appointment was delayed and changed.  Did not have any knowledge of any of the documents or forms.  Came into our home without a mask, and when I asked her to put one on it was "in the car", but then pulled it out of her bag.  Unprofessional.
