      image The technicians are freaking awesome!
      However,
      I never said that I shouldnt be billed. I never refuted that the incredibly kind gentlemen that came by, were never here. When I called, your billing department was nasty at me. I was calm until I got snapped at and then I got upset.

      Hi Nicole, On 5-26 we were at your neighbors house starting the sprinkler system when you asked our tech to come over and start yours, which he kindly did. The bill you recived reflects the start up cost and A Mititary Discount. I am not sure why you think you should not be billed and are upset about getting invoiced and 55 days later a statement.
