When you provide a service especially if its a mom and pop owned buisness your duty is to provide 5 star quality for the nature your buisness for future progress. If I go ahead and call just for a simple notification as to regards an appointment thats due before 12 and no show due to weather conditions, its ok but at least notify.Dont go offending your customers with rude remarks(which pay for your services) especially if your customers respond respectively. We know you guys have hard working employees because no one works for free this isnt charity work. It doesnt hurt to say or call set residence oh due to xyz your service will be delayed we will notify you when the worker is in your area via email or even calling. Because customer service is extremely essential. Hope you guys learn that. Service: Irrigation system repair/maintenance
