I've been going to this place for years I don't know what happened, I wanted to do my brakes original brakes were done 2 years ago I got the lifetime pads They would not honor them They said lifetime pass does not cover ware and tear which is false the price they gave me for the work is more than double even more than what the dealer wanted they would not even honor promotions and coupons that advertise online I tried to ask for jimmy but told me he isnt working there anymore I definitely dont want to come back here anymore !

Recently went in for an oil change and a check engine light based off of the reviews I read about the store. On line offered an oil change for 94.99. When I went to the store they told me I could only use full synthetic and the price would be $115. When I asked about my check engine light they told me that's an extra $100. I was not impressed at all and walked out. There was no "Jimmy" in sight that I saw of. I didn't appreciate the service or being spoken down to. It's cheaper to go to the dealer

Jimmy is incredible and super helpful. He fixed my splashguard in a matter of minutes! Ever since I found out about Monro, I havent gone anywhere else! Id give 10 stars if I could!! Customer for life!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Jimmy the owner and his team go above and beyond. They are always willing to help whenever they can and always present you with cost/facts so you can make the most informed decision. I would give 10 stars if I could.
