My husband has been here since June.
He is well taken care of. The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff is accomadating and are in touch with us .

My mom was admitted into Everett Rehab and was there about 2 months. We had horrible experience at their facility and I will make sure to post a review on their site. My sister and I toured Medford Rehab and we decided to transfer our mom. I can't express enough how efficient and smooth transfer was. Huge thank you goes to Azra Sarotic, Tom Lynch and his team for taking such a great care of my mom. Big thank you to Keith Allan for helping my mom to get settled in her room. As soon we arrived one by one was coming into the room to introduce themselves. From nurse, CNA Lindita ( she is amazing), social worker etc. Very professional stuff and they truly care! Finally my mom is in great hands and we can't be happier!!!
I would highly recommend this facility. I can assure you your loved one will be well taken for.

This is the worst place I have ever worked! Its been about a year since I havent worked for Medford Rehab and still feel as though I suffer from PTSD from working there. The staff starting with the Administrator could care less if residents needs are met. The administrator bullies staff and is very inappropriate the way he speaks to his management team. He has favorites who get paid huge bonuses and others who work all the time get taken advantage of. 1 nurse to 60 resident ratio more times than I can count. The owner has done nothing about numerous complaints that the administrator is out of line. They will never be able to keep quality staff there because of this. I had to leave there because I was scared for my license but my nightmare continues trying to get my W2. Its now mid march and Ive been calling since Feb 1st. No one answers the phone and when they do they hang up on you or you wait on hold because no one picks up the call. Ive left numerous messages and still no W2. Dont put your loved one here!!!! There is so much more I could say but just be very aware!

Our loved one was a wife, a mom, a grandmother, and a great grandmother. She had an army of people who loved her. With circumstances out of our control (for a temporary amount of time) we were unable to provide her the care she needed at home. We chose Medford Rehab & Nursing Center to take care of her. We trusted them to care for her as if she were their own loved one.... and to our disappointment, they didn't!DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES!!!She was not in the greatest health going in, but this is a rehab facility and we expected her to either improve or maintain her same level of health.* Within 6 months she lost over 30lbs due to the staff not encouraging her to eat. She got down to 94lbs! They did not address her lack of eating with us for extra support.* The staff took away her "call" button because she "pressed it too much for care"--absolutely ridiculous as she could have needed it for a true emergency!* As a rehab facility you would expect staff to encourage movement and mobility, right? She had a pressure sore and she couldn't reposition herself/relieve the pressure on her own. She needed help! Her pressure sore got so bad that it ended up opening and caused a serious infection that led to sepsis and her passing. She was in so much pain and it was due to their negligence!* Staff was always rude to her and her family.* The head staff never followed through with what they said.* When we went to get her important belongings from her room, staff were waiting in the halls like vultures to swoop up her remaining things with zero sympathy or care. She was a PERSON, not just a number. This was completely disrespectful to her family. We are grieving and they couldn't care less!If you want your loved ones to receive optimal care, attention, respect, and love the way they would at home; do NOT send them here!Sincerely,A really sad family
