As a property manager with 16+ years experience in the industry I have worked/dealt with countless insurance companies and adjusters I can honestly and professionally say that Chris Gale with Oregon Mutual Insurance is at the top of my list. Chris Gale changed my opinion of property adjusters. He was friendly and responsive. He followed through with every word he said and helped us wrap up claims that had previously stalled out. I have, and will continue to refer Chris to every homeowner I work with. Highly recommend. Would give him 10 stars if I could.

Ive been a homeowner client for 6 years and never filed a claim until now. The claim is for a very valuable piece of furniture. I have been leaving multiple messages to the account manager but have not received any response. Its stressful to be in this situation and I am totally unimpressed with their customer service.
