From the front desk at McMinnville Surgical Associates to scheduling, and surgery, we couldn't have asked for a more professional and pleasant experience. Everything that needed to be coordinated, such as insurance, pre and post surgery visit went so well. Dr. Thompson deserves ten stars for the surgery she performed. The team of Short-Stay nurses at Willamette Valley Medical Center were highly competent and compassionate. So thankful it all went so well!

I will say that the actual doctor, Dr. Thompson is very kind and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and well kept. Unfortunately,the receptionist is incredibly incompetent. On the level that I have never ever experienced. She is constantly making mistakes with scheduling. She is unapologetic and simply says "oh there was a mixup" in a monotone voice and a blank stare. She seems bored, annoyed and overall doesn't really seem to care. It's clear they do not value their patients time as 4 out of 5 of my appointments were rescheduled the day before! They either have to reschedule it for a different day or have to change the time. I can understand a mix up here and there, I am not unreasonable. However, the magnitude of the problems with the receptionist and scheduling is staggering.
