I cant wait to part ways with this bank. Ive always liked the customer service, but the bank needs some BIGGGGGG time upgrading. One of the most irritating, frustrating, inconvenient issues Ive always had with Falcon is the EXTREMELY limited features the atms have. Not being able to deposit seriously has brought me frustration every bank trip. I could never upload checks through the app. When checks are on hold they can take longer than expected to be approved; Ive had to call in and ask whats the hold up. The debit cards do not have tap. Ay no. And Saturdays only drive thru. SMH, what about the people that work m-f 8-5. I need to go inside to close my account. Thank you for your time Falcon. Goodbye.

It has a very accessible and pleasant Manager. It has a spirit of service. Its staff is cordial and everyone is very friendly. I am happy with your attention.

They are taking up to 20 minutes PER vehicle.
