      image I have live her for a little over a year now, mommy sink water is constantly backing up into my kitchen, with contents of other peoples toilets and sinks, and after last night there is WATER coming from my floorboards in all my bedrooms. How is this allowed? How are these places still open

      image I am currently living in orchard estates! We have an emergency being the only apartment with no power due to the ceiling light falling out and just hanging! We called yesterday after 4 pm about this, and all we got was "we'll send an emergency request in." Its going on 24 hours with zero electricity & still nothing back from them! I don't recommend living here because they really don't care.

      image My wife and I moved into our new apartment just two days ago and unfortunately, we have already encountered several issues. Despite being advertised as move-in ready, the apartment was not cleaned properly, and the toilets had no seats. We contacted the management, and they sent someone to clean and install the seats, but it took a day and a half. Regrettably, the maintenance team was unable to install the toilet seats tightly, so I had to do it myself.
      Furthermore, we were promised a quiet environment, but from 5 PM to 9 PM, as well as most of the day on weekends, we hear constant running noise above our heads, as if someone is running a marathon. In addition to that, the hallway and laundry room are dirty and unhygienic. We are compelled to do our laundry off-site. Its only the third day of our one-year lease, but we already want to leave. I wouldn't recommend this place to any professional who values a quiet and clean environment.
