Great people to work with. Fast and great customer service and friendly. I’ve forgotten the new manager’s name but he was just super nice. Our res was short notice and he went and picked up a truck for us at another location. Great!!!!

This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever received. The staff was incredibly rude and inattentive during the entire process. I patiently waited during the initial renting process and boy was I lucky! The two employees were using foul language joking around with a customer in the store and making offensive comments about previous customers they had interacted with that day. I felt completely extorted when I was told I had to pay for their additional insurance they provided or I would not be able to have the keys to the truck I rented. (Only to find out this was not the case, and he later claimed that he never said that to me) Well, the associate did in fact tell me that I had to pay for the insurance and I know the difference between offering and demanding, and this was entirely forceful. I was in a hurry and should've done my due diligence at this point but regrettably I did not. Oh well, I signed the form and was handed the keys to the truck. Uhhhh...so that's it I ask? "Yes." Okay, where is the truck? "Yeah, the truck is one of those ones right out front."
There was no walk through of the truck or any information was provided to me about the condition or how I would need to return the truck. The inside of the truck had no joke....duct tape holding together a portion of the wall with exposed wires. The truck got me to where I needed to move to and I learned just how awful this company was in the end.
