Perfect Experience! Awesome service, selection, communication and guidance with tile, carpet, and our beautiful closet shelving/organization. Beautiful installation! We now have our dream closets and master bath! I love all of the work!

This is a tale of multiple experiences with a new build. On one hand, working with the design folks and putting stuff together for a new house was a great experience. However, the after build experience to correct issues has been less than stellar. We are talking about after move in and the items that have not been resolved months after notified of deficiencies. If everything goes well upfront then they are probably okay. But if they don't, who knows when something might be corrected/resolved. Glad I'm not holding my breath and most likely won't recommend or use them in the future.

Danny and his crew (his sons) were amazing. They were in and out fast, fixed everything up for us and were very friendly. They explained a lot to me about the materials we have as well. If we have any needs in the future, we will absolutely be requesting them to help out.

This company is used by Smithbulit Homes and completely lied about our carpet. Our carpet had been coming apart only months after we moved in to these homes. This is our 4th time having someone come out to " stretch" the carpet. I called the technician today because Smithbulit had down that we own cats and dogs and that's the only reason for the carpet to be damaged. And when we told them we don't own any dogs or animals the technician said " that's all it could be, nothing else could cause this" not sure what Smithbulit has around this company or what I just wanted to know what we could do to hopefully have this last and yet they are telling us it all due to a mystery animal we don't have.... Eventually we are going to have to replace our carpet because of how bad of a placement Smithbulit did or whatever company did when they put down floors but I definitely will not be going here.... And I was actually going to.
