Contacted them, got a quote. Kept reaching out for more information after we agreed to have the job done. First it was Saturday, then it was changed to Sunday due to weather. Sunday I messaged again asking if they were coming and they said yes, but NEVER SHOWED. Messaged one more time asking when it was going to be completed, it was read and ignored and I never got a response.
Donâ€™t waste your time.

They came to give us an estimate, told us theyâ€™d come on a certain day, didnâ€™t show so my pregnant wife contacted them, we were told a different day, they said they were on the way, never showed again, and now not returning messages.

I was very satisfied with NW Tree & Stump Inc. They completely removed two large cedar trees from my front yard that had become a danger in the heavy storms we have been getting. They were fast and very thorough about there job. I didn't have to do anything as far as clean up.
