We've barely checked in and it's not Laquinta anymore therefore the Laquinta service is no longer there as well. There were sheets laying all over the hallways and we had trouble even getting to our room because of the mess in the hallways. Not to mention no shuttle to the concerts. Will no longer be staying here and they should be in a lot of trouble for misleading you when booking online and making you think you're getting the Laquinta you've always stayed at.

Made our reservation almost 2 months ago only to get there to check in and find out that they didn't have enough rooms. Housekeeping didn't have the rooms done at 5:00 pm and the front desk couldn't or wouldn't guarantee our reservation. The place is now a Holiday Inn as well and the Holiday Inn is an Elimwood. Very poor way to run a business and almost 24 hours later we still haven't received our refund. I'd give it zero stars if that was an option.
