This was the best experience I have ever had in my past 40 years of renting cars. The folks were friendly, professional, and quick to get me on the road. Checking the car in was even quicker and easy. The next time I need to rent a car it will be with this great team at Enterprise. GREAT JOB!!!

I made a reservation and was quoted a certain price. When I got to the store they told me it was a significantly higher price than I was quoted. This was very irritating. And no, they did not honor that quote and give me the lower price. I had a nice girl helping me and she was trying to do the best she could to explain some things when another male employee jumped in and tried to switch customers with me. I politely told him that she was capable of finishing up with helping me and I did not need his help unless he was going to help me out with price. He got an attitude and made my already irritating visit even more irritating. She did not ask for his help so that fact he tried to switch off customers and butt in was annoying and unprofessional. She did a great job. There was another guy there too that did a great job explaining everything about the car he gave me and all the rules and everything. This is not the first time I have had an issue with pricing when it comes to enterprise so I am sure I am not the only person this happens too. Someone needs to train the "call center" employees that aren't at the location better.
