      image Suddenly, without warning, upon requesting the ordinary pain management refill for Dad as always has been routine, the patient now gets a pop-up referral to some pain management place. Pain management is not rehab services - they do not provision for withdrawals. Many here have been treated well for 35+ years and deserve better - this has been a largely geriatric practice. Upon the retirement of one doc, WVU is using a gateway that dumps its patients. Hippocratic oath anyone?
