Beware!!! Get in writing what is being proposed. I called and asked DiMagno to verify a survey was still accurate that they did in 2006. I was in a time crunch and needed it quickly. After repeated calls and no guarantee on time I had to go other routes. At that time when I asked about price I was told to "not worry about it." Regardless I moved on and had to find other options to get done what I needed. Weeks after I had moved on I get a call that it is done then weeks after that I get a bill in the mail for over $1500. I called them and they said well you wanted it done and I said yes but I needed it done in a certain amount of time that you did not do and I never even got a estimate or anything and I certainly never agreed to anything as I had to go another route. The response was do what you need to do and I'll just send it to Magistrate court for collection....... I will be going to court to see what I can do about this as I never was given a proposal or agreed to anything. But for others if you don't have to use them I would not use them. Very shady business especially after reading others reviews who have had the same issues in one way or another.

I had a great experience with DiMagno Consulting. It only took them 10 minutes to find my stakes and mark them. I would highly recommend.

DiMagno Consulting was hired by my neighbor to move my property lines to give him 1/2 acre+ of my property.  DiMagno gave my neighbor a plat to file with the county which incorrectly stated the plat was a 'Plat of Resurvey,' which it was not.  Plats of Resurvey do not change anything, so there is no oversight.  DiMagno's plat moved my neighbor's Lot 29 boundary line into my property and gave him 1/2 acre + of my Lot 28 plus moved other property lines.  DiMagno never contacted me, I live next door.  The plat was filed in Jefferson County, WV.    Link documents.jeffersoncount…   On the attached DiMagno plat,  all of the boundary line movement for the properties was shown, except for my Lot 28.   DiMagno's plat was deceptive, I had to hire a surveyor to prove it.    DiMagno's head surveyor had been hospitalized for a year when this survey was completed, and died a month later, so no licensed surveyor had any input into the plat which took my property.   According to DiMagno's  plat, my neighbor and I both own certain areas of my property.   The courts have been very helpful, but this has been an expensive process.
