Id do 2 stars but eh.
This place needs better service. Visited 3 times now and all 3 times i find myself helping myself or just walking around. Got helped the 2nd time by a nice older man but im not sure what happened to him after.
Recent visit i walked on the used car side. Maybe the seller thought they could close the deal before i got tired of waiting because no one else came out.
Drove to the new and someone came out when i was looking at the rebel. At that point i just wanted to look and leave.

I have a 2023 Ram 1500 big horn with only 7,400 miles on it and have maintained the maintenance since i bought it. I brought it in several times to have a tapping noise diagnosed in February and March 2024.They said it was the manifold so they replaced it. Upon pick up the truck was still tapping. I took it back in to have the tapping diagnosed and the service department told me 2 technicians looked at it. They claim they didn't hear anything wrong with it and that the noise is normal for hemi motors. If the noise is normal why didnt it sound like that when i bought it brand new? Or why didn't all the other rams I owned sound like that? It literally sounds like a hammer striking a nail at idle and acceleration. The tapping is getting worse, louder, and is now causing rough idle. I've been around cars all my life and I know a bad lifter when I hear it. They just don't want to do the warranty work or investigation to fix the issue. I will say when it was Miller's I never had an issue with the service department.
