I am a senior, and the person was very rude and insulting. They did not have the expertise to fix the problem. Avoid you as you will end up with an incompetent and rude person.

My warranty company assigned me to First Class Water Heaters and I was very pleased with the service. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable both times he came out. He worked quickly and got the job done. Overall very happy!

Company set up a 3 hour window to arrive. Spent 1st hr on call @ door. Then, got a call saying tech was arriving. Walked to front door - 1 min of call/ while calling back & card in door/ no tech. Called 7 times in 10 min; put on hold 3x after Angel answered!!!
