I used Stanley Steamers previously on my carpets and they rushed through the work and I felt the quality just wasn't there. This time I looked for a local business with good reviews. I was pleased with the reviews and moved forward with Chem-Dry. I was extremely satisfied with the work that John the service tech performed. He was very professional, and he took the time necessary to scrub the carpets without rushing through it. I had a few areas that needed extra attention and he made sure to clean those areas thoroughly. I would strongly suggest Chem-Dry and I will use them in the future as well. We have wanted to get our carpets cleaned since we moved into our house 9 months ago. We finally got around to doing it and used Chem-Dry of Mars. Our carpets had spots and I have no idea when the last time they were cleaned was and now... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW! John was so nice and so professional. He worked very hard to get up the spots and his work is beautiful. I am so very pleased and highly recommend Chem-Dry of Mars!
