Went for a hockey tournament. The rink was directly across the street. We walked over. Breakfast was lacking though.

Customer service was excellent at this facility from start to finish. The check-in and check out were met with genuine care and concern. Every staff member i encountered was awesome. My only problems were with water. The water fountain was cloudy and hot, but the staff member directed me to the filtered water in the fitness center. Lastly, the water in the shower and sink kept clogging up. I will stay here again. Nice and clean. The free breakfast in the morning was pretty decent.

Do not stay at this hotel!! It is managed horribly. It is convenient for tournaments. It is not worth it. Stay far far away.

Am currently staying here. Absolutely love it. The employees at the front desk are kind, helpful, and always greet you. The general manager takes pride in his hotel & is very kind as well as professional. The hotel serves a good breakfast during the week. It's also conveniently located near the mall & Target.
