image I travel a lot for work and every time I go in the employees have aggressive attitudes towards me. Ive done nothing wrong to them. Everything else about this hotel is great. Location, room size, cleanliness is all great. They just have nasty attitudes, even the manager has an attitude. Made me feel very uncomfortable staying here.

At no point during any interaction have our staff been aggressive toward you or any guest staying at our hotel. This is misleading and inaccurate. You refused to provide a credit card during check-in, and were simply told that a major credit or debit card is required, otherwise you would be unable to check-in. This is not a display of aggression but rather a company policy and industry standard. You came and made this same comment to me the following morning, and when I asked you if any of the staff said anything rude, inappropriate, or otherwise out of line, you said they did not. It seems to me there is no substantive complaint or issue. While I'm not sure how based on your review in what way our facilities or service are indeed inadequate, you are certainly welcome to seek accomodations elsewhere in the future if you feel so inclined. - Logan

image Staff at the front desk named Alex was very rude to me rolling her eyes typing something on her phone a then showing it to her co worker at the desk while giving me prices. Then she charged my card without my permission. She told me that she most likely couldn't get me in a room at that moment so I asked her to wait I had to go check and see what the rest of my crew wanted to do. At that time we decided to go else where an so we left an after leaving she charged my card not once but twice with 2 different amounts in which I did not consent nor did I stay for these purchases and I haven't been refunded. Plus I haven't received my deposit from the previous a few weeks ago! About $600 dollars in charges that I did not consent to nor did I stay or reserve for that matter. $300 was a deposit from a previous stay because I am local but I haven't received it back!

As I was present when you were here; none of our staff was rude to you at any point during this interaction. You made a reservation, then walked out of the building unannounced. When you reserve a room the same day, we do indeed charge for it. You called back later that evening around 7:00PM and asked if you could check in; another one of my staff told you that the room was indeed ready. You never showed up; you have additionally never contacted us to request a receipt, which we would be happy to provide. The $300 authorization for the damage deposit may take several days to be released depending on your particular financial institution. - Logan
