My wife went to tcc verizon store in Hampton bays ny last sunday march 5,2017 she was extremely happy.my wife Danny says she got exceptional service by the sales person was very pleasant ,helpful and knowledgeable. What a great asset you have.

Terrible customer service policies. Purchased a defective HUM unit. It never worked. Upon returning device was charged a restocking fee. THE DEVICE NEVER WORKED! Total rip-off

They got the order all wrong! Sent it to the wrong address and when I TRIED to contact them....kept getting cut off AND given a NONstop repeating message that someone would help me, tho no one did!!??. Gave up n called later...same thing! Finally called n went into a personnel directory n just punched in a name...got a recording...that person wasn't available, but they'd call me right back. So, left a message, that I was an UNsatisfied customer n wanted to speak to someone in Customer Service and gave my name n number a few times...so they'd be sure n get it. 1/2hr later STILL no returned call. Surprised me? No...seems to be this Company's constant...NOT able to "get it right"! WILL NEVER purchase from these guys again n I WILL do FREE advertisement for them...not the type they are looking for however!
