I gave them $1,200 to fix my radiator in my Honda civic... it lasted 2 months.. so I took it back in and said they can't honor they're warranty because the fan flew off and poked a hole in the radiator.... as much as I don't believe that... for $1,200 they should of caught that... also. A week after i got my car back the first time.. something didnt seem right so i had them check it out and they said it was fine.. just needed a tensioner belt. Well it didn't make that noise when I brought it in.. so anyways they have my $1,200 and I still have a broken radiator... once it gets back from the new mechanics this week. I'm confident theyre will be future actions taken... they took the last of my money... still a broken car with the same problem... and through all the negative feedback I got last year through the community... I stood up for them... not no more... they really impacted my life with this situation and left me out of money... vehicle... and work since I drive my vehicle for a living.... I stand with the people now... this place is a rip off.

Oh sorry 3 1/2 months lol also who asked you to fix the tires? Pretty sure I drove the car there with no issues with the tires... just now hearing about the tire problem that never existed. Also they mention how the old radiator was dented... what's that got to do with the new radiator. and $900 lol that week I gave you guys $2,200 total. Since you want to say the $1,200 is not accurate. My review is not warranted? I feel robbed... also a discounted price? I'm not giving you guys another penny. Also this review is not directed to the team... just Marty who worked on it... this is not.the first problem I've had... I counted the other problems as innocent mistakes.. but I'm tired of defending you guys... hope this review finds future customers. I am moving on. Good luck blairs ferry.

This is far and above the absolute best place to get your vehicle repaired. Not only is everyone who works here such genuinely friendly and helpful, they are also so knowledgeable and honest. This is truly the most honest car service Ive ever been to in my almost 40 years on this earth. My car just hit 10 years old with over 150k miles and I cant remember the last time its driven this well. I have recently had quite a few repairs done here and I know had I gone somewhere else, it would have been insanely more expensive. Not only are they superior in customer service and quality of services done, but theyre definitely one of, if not the most cost effective places to go. I recommend them to every single person who needs services done to their vehicle. I will be their customer as long as theyre around. Truly remarkable.
