I have been going to this shop off and on for 17 years. My last visit was this past Sunday, 2/18 and Im very dissatisfied. it is 2 days later and I already have 2 cracked nails. That is NOT typical of my experience from this shop. There was no wait when I arrived around 12:30p. I asked for a fill in, one nail repair and a cut down. When the young man began my services, I noticed that he was only applying a droplet of acrylic and only to my upper cuticle. I didn't say anything 1because he also didn't buff the hot pink gel /polish that I received there 3 weeks ago off the tips. At that point I just waited to see what the end result would be. He then buffed, filed and drilled the remaining acrylic that would protect my nails because they are long. Thi Is is when I assumed he would apply more acrylic to my nails, but he began to polish. 2 hours later I was finally done. He told me my fee was $67. Comparing that to what I paid last time, i asked what did that $67 include. He reponded that it was extra because my nails are long. I then reminded him that he only used a drop at my cuticle. He the told me it was for the filing of my long nails. I asked to spek to Tracy bt she had already left. He directed me to the manager and I explained my issue. She told me Tracy gave the price. I said the price isn't the issue, Ive paid more. I explained to her that my issue was being chared extra for long nails and didn't receive product to justify the upcharge. The manager then told me they dont do it that way. I told her it wasn't done like his wks ago. She responded it was for all the filing. I thanked her and left..... If he did not spend over an hour buffing and filing, my 2 nails would not be cracked today, 2 days later. Now I have to spend more money to get my nails reinforced before I hurt myself. That is just NOT COOL!

My recent visit to Tracys on January 21st, 2024, turned into an absolute nightmare. Despite usually enjoying good and friendly service, this time I suffered severe burns on my feet, prompting immediate medical attention the following day. The technician convinced me to use an additional callus remover, generously applying it to my entire foot and placing my feet on plastic baggies. Initially, I felt discomfort, which escalated to excruciating pain. Despite voicing my distress, the technician only moved my feet to spread the product further as unbeknownst to me the product was causing the issue. Tremors and mental stress ensued as the pain intensified, leading to a futile attempt by the tech to wash off the product. After the pain subsided some, the tech went on to apply hot paraffin wax further aggravating the agony. Upon leaving there was no medical care offered and I was charged in full for the services. Upon examination by a doctor, it was revealed that the callus remover had caused deep ulcers, indicating negligence in its application including areas the product should not be applied to. Seeking resolution and per my request, I met with Tracy privately, presenting evidence of the extent of the injuries and expressing my expectations for compensation. However, Tracy's reluctance to accept full responsibility and her refusal to disclose liability insurance information and Tracy stating let the attorneys handle it left me utterly dismayed. I truly tried in good faith to resolve this with Tracy to no avail. Thus, resorting to social media, I aim to raise awareness about the risks associated with such experiences, hoping to prevent others from enduring similar ordeals. A complaint with the Better Business Bureau is being filed as well.

Please finish stating it all correctly. I never threatened to call police and I graciously in good faith let you take these photos so you could consider a fair an amicable settlement. I clearly gave you the opportunity before you insulted me. The ulcers on my feet are still healing. You refused to do anything more than refund for the services and only to pay for the supplies I had to get up to that point. Nothing for my time not able to work, nothing for the time required to treat and nurse my feet, nothing for costs for getting to doctors etc etc. I came to you directly and privately and treated you with utmost respect. The photo I posted clearly shows how bad the injuries to my feet were. You and your staff failed to render or offer any first aid knowing how bad the injuries were and you sure did not offer to waive charges nor even discount them.
I told you that you forced me to go to media and to use an attorney. $5,000 was my request to settle which you declined. Now, regrettably I must make others aware of the possible scenario they too may face. I do not take this lightly as your patron and I know the injury was not intentional. I nor my family have ever had any notable issues with your services before. However, these injuries were easily avoidable, and first aid could have been attempted by you and your staff.
I posted just one photo which was taken the next day so everyone can clearly see the injuries to my feet caused there. Zoom in to see the depth of the ulcers created! As I said, we have never had an issue before, but this did happen, to me from services I received from your salon. I am only trying to make others aware of what could possibly happen and, if unfortunately, it does happen, this appears to be the way it would be handled by Tracy's Nail Care. No first aid, no help at all. Quite simply you clearly wanted me to take a mere $170.00 and go away or go through attorneys. Then you refused to provide any info whatsoever. Disgusting! This is the only reason I have put in the media. I will not walk away from this.
