Came to rent a unit, never used Public storage and wasnt sure what to expect. WOW, was I impressed. Kerrie was great and very professional yet personable and very informative. I was impressed with the level of service she provided, being a business owner myself I would hire her in a heartbeat. Great atmosphere and great customer service. Would highly recommend using this location and company for your storage needs.

Not only does Tiffany have the best personality Ive ever did see. You got my rate back to the way it was and she always goes the extra mile for me and all of her customers. Thank you public storage for having someone like her here to help us all

0 stars would be more accurate. Rent a space for 100, they raise the price to 175 within 2 months, then 225 on the 4th month while still advertising and renting units for 100. They think you are stuck with their prices. Rude staff too. The autopay charged my card 5 times one month. I had to stop 3 times before they would issue the credit, all the time they were too busy. The gate doesn't work half the time and the wifi feature to open the gate from my phone hardly ever works. The units leak water too. Its a horrible place to keep your belongings safe.
