Ordered propane sept. 5; got text saying I would get it by sept. 15;called back sept. 18, the lady there said there was an order for delivery, so I should get it the next day or two. Called again oct.16: the lady said it should be delivered that day. Called back for the fourth time oct.18, after saying I wanted to talk to someone who could take care of my problem, I was put on hold. I hung up after 20 minutes of waiting! I called back up Immediately and after giving story for the third time the lady said she would talk to her supervisor. She also acknowledged that my order was 45 days old and they should be able to make an emergency order and get my delivery the next day! It is now the next day at 6 pm. She also said she would call and let me know what her supervisor said! Should I call back for the fourth or is it the fifth time?? What a way to run a business!

Ferrel Gas never showed up for the scheduled time to hook up a new service. Have called 3 times and spoke to a Ferrel Gas representative and they say they are coming. It has now been 6 days and they still havent shown up. Very unprofessional and very disappointed.

Took 2 extra days past when they were suppose to deliver, Called half way through the day when delivery was scheduled to say was needing up to 3 more days. were paid $1,600.00 to much and had to wait 5 days for it to be returned, but withdrew it in 8 hours. Had driver from out of area and was nice guy and that is why they received 2 stars above were they would receive but 1 star.
