So i felt I need to express my displease with this post office and when I came here I see some negative reviews from 5 years ago and I feel hopeless, because everything that had been said is still valid: rudeness, lost packages, attitude, lack of help and unprofessionalism. I dont think I can think of a single positive thing about this office, the whole structure is simply very very bad from a to z.

Staff is either completely unhelpful or straight up rude. When dropping prepaid packages off, they never scan them before sending them out which means I dont get a tracking number and have no idea if items are delivered or not. I have asked the staff repeatedly to scan the packages when I drop them off, but they never do.
