I think there's a reason why they have very low reviews. It should be taken into the courts at this point. Not sure how someone with such bad reviews can still own and operate 85% of manakato.

This is the worst property management company , .you have showings and have no say in anything.they do not let you know enough in advance that the showing is happening .we had a company called Lloyd management and they did way better with everything.do not lease with Atwood.

pros : our unit has a deck that is really nice, good community, spacious garage, master bedroom has spacious closet and bathroom
cons : not enough parking in general, no handicap parking, extra expenses in our portal every month that they dont tell us what they are for, had a faulty back door when we moved in and so we had to get it fixed and it cost almost $200, have to go through another provider for wifi and they will keep you on hold for hours and our wifi has broken 3 different times, they dont respond to maintenance requests for months, joint lease so now im apparently responsible for someone moving out and i didnt sign off on that, no amenities
