Wonderful Pizza, think the deep dish is the favorite! Paige our amazing server was spot on! Can't wait for another trip!
Trip 2 (4/2/24) was just as amazing. Favorite pizza EVER! (Service still amazing as well!)

This joint feels like a New York pizza place, but the employees and patrons are Midwest nice! Watch the pizzaiolos make each pie in the outside window or from the counter.
We went on a Friday and they were busy but not overly crowded. Great service, very helpful, and attentive to all the tables. We had a 14 Palace and a 16 Pagliais Specialobviously we took boxes to go!
The sauce is more sweet and less acidic, and covered the pizza to the edges. Very impressed at the even distribution of toppings and the cheese went on last and had good pull. Loved the clean, fresh taste of the green pepper on the Special! Small selection of beers, but enough variety of local and national brews where you should be able to find a great pair with your meal.
There didnt seem to be much garlic or oregano on each pizza. However, an hour later, we were not dying of thirst due to over salting or over seasoning. :)
We will be back again because we can see why Pagliais was voted Best Pizza in Mankato.
Parking: I easily found on street parking but it was luck. Also, two parking garages within two blocks so plenty available.
