terrible service. I left a shirt with black stain and asked if they can remove it. They charge me extra and told me to come a week after. Of course, it was not ready, then I came two days later (10 days), of course it still had ink on it and when I asked why it was not done, they said it is difficult and we can send it again but you would have to wait 10 more days. Terrible service.

I rarely do dry cleaning but after purchasing  my Buffy comforter , it was recommended we do so .This is the second time I bring the comforter to this location . The first time I had it cleaned , I had no issue at all. The second time , I got my comforter back with these dotted stains in each corner of comforter as well as in middle of comforter . When I went back to drop off the comforter again , the owner wasn't there and the worker stated that they send "out " items like these . The worker stated I would get a call . I never received call back from cleaners and went back in person . I was told she was "confused " about the matter  and that I didn't bring back ticket . I showed her ticket and she said she would call me back .Three days later, she called me back and stated that she called her outside company that she uses to clean comforters and the person she's "always done business with" said that the stain was already there when they received it.  I told her that the only place I had it cleaned was here . She then stated I never brought the comforter . She started looking at computer and said " yes you brought this to wash " . I went back-and-forth for 10 minutes and the owner kept asserting that this was all my fault. Instead of finding a solution, I went in person to location to retrieve my comforter . She was a lot nicer in person and said that she would research ways to get rid of it after accusing me of the stain. I told her no because she was nasty and rude and then she said she was rude because my husband got on the phone . He was in the background no one was yelling  . I asked her for my money back for the service NOT for the actual ruined comforter  three times and she refused . I told her I would write this review . It's one thing if you made a mistake but to insinuate that not only did I cause the stain but that I should've told her prior is HORRIBLE customer services . Never again !!!!
