This was my first experience with an injury claim involving litigation. To say that my wife and I had reservations about the whole process would be an understatement! I gave this law firm a 5 star rating for several reasons: professionalism, complete transparency in the entire process, genuine concern for the client, relentless pursuit of the goal, encouragement and advice when the wheels of justice turn slowly. I was never given a false hope or a prediction of an over inflated out come. Each communication , or meeting was handled with timely response and efficiency . Because of covid and other interruptions this became a drawn out event and could easily have ended in despair and unsatisfactory outcomes..it did not because of Christian Shofstahl and his competent staff. Christian is a hard working and uber talented litigator. Cannot say enough good about our experience with Shofstahl Law Firm.

I contacted Christian after I was involved in a car accident with a man who was driving a company truck. The insurance information given to me at the time of the accident, was not correct. After calling the man, his employer, and the insurance company they gave me for two weeks, I contacted him for his assistance, because I was getting no where. The man had run a red light and I was having problems with neck pain. Mr. Scofstahl was very helpful. He was able to find out who the actual insurance company was, help me with securing medical attention, getting the medical reports, and then settling the case. I did not have to attend a deposition nor go to court. I recommend him highly. He is friendly and very professional. I would contact him again without any hesitancy if I had another legal matter.
