The doctor hang up my when I called to see him and after he told that he does not see new patient!!! You decide for yourself what kind of doctor he is!!! Scary!!!!

Our Family is since many years with Dr. Hay and Cheryl and now with Eleanor. We could not ask for a better eye care. We can recommend Dr. Hay to everybody which needs this kind of care.

We see Dr. Hay in Manassas on Digges Road, since many many years. He is a very understanding eye Dr. He explains the things or the eye exams he does with you very well, so you know what is what and what for. Also the woman at the reception desk is very friendly. All in all there is a good atmosphere which you will like. We, my husband and me, we can only recommend him to everybody.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!!! But it won't let me post without putting one star. The rudest most disrespectful receptionist answered the phone when my mother was calling to schedule an appointment and would not schedule her. I called back to schedule it and she was so rude, would not give me her name until I asked a bunch of times. I asked to speak to speak to her supervisor and she refused to put them on. Put me on hold then got back on said they were not available and hung up on me as I was talking requesting that they give me a call back. These are your patients, the reason you stay in business! Definitely never going back again! There are much friendlier and qualified offices to go to.
