Over the years my commitment to excellence in developing successful working relationships has to lead me to build some of the largest and well-known construction companies in Northern Virginia. For several years in my career, I owned a commercial concrete plant that delivered concrete to many residential and commercial projects. I have built a number of custom homes, and commercial buildings over the years. Some of my specialties include critical structures, historical brick restoration, and interior design. As a successful contractor, I have a time-tested customized approach to taking both small and large projects from design to completion with style. Some of the successfully completed projects in my career include work performed at Dulles International Airport, Reagan International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, Ronald Reagan Airport, JFK airport and Logan Airport in Boston. Engineered stamped drawings or building plans provide faster flow through the countys plan review process. This is important to a homeowner because the permits can be expedited in a timely manner. Fairfax Contractor also has extensive experience in historical restorations and has successfully worked with the historical divisions of both Arlington and Alexandria VA. One of our specialties is working with difficult projects such as critical structures, and complex foundation repair. In addition, we utilize a variety of master carpenters and masons which are capable of installing some of the more complex residential remodeling projects that many homeowners in Northern Virginia require.
