I have been to the bank 5 times to correct a phone number that the bank has as my authentication number to log into the website. I have moved and do not have access to this number. I go in to update the number, they say they do, but I still cannot log into the bank account. They will not let me do this by phone, nor do they answer the phone at the branch. Aggravating to say the least.

Review not specific to this location but a review of Chase.
Chase Bank will place a hold on a deceased person social security deposit although the deceased is / was entitled.
This is their practice not any other bank after doing research.
I would never ever Bank with Chase. They are only interested in themselves , not customers. Corporate Greed at its best.
