Margie was our salesperson and she was amazing. We told her what we were looking for and she gave us a few options and didn't steer us towards a higher priced appliance. We love our new washer and dryer and highly recommend her if you need a knowledgable honest, trustworthy person. I was not impressed with the installers. They didn't do a good job at all and I'm not happy with how they installed my appliances. I had to have a plumber come out and someone out to install/fix my dryer vent ductwork, after they left.

Gerhard 's was very accommodating, allowing us to extend our delivery date since our house was being built. Appliance prices were even better than the big box stores. Shout out to Margie- she was great.

My washer broke over Easter weekend and of course I hadn't done laundry in a few weeks. I reached out to Christina 1st thing Monday morning for recommendations for a new washer. She responded right away and gave me options. I paid over the phone and my washer arrived on Thursday. We couldn't be more happy with the process.
