Like Shuan experience below this hair club in Orlando doesn't call you back. I've been trying to reschedule my appointment. I leave messages. Talked to a make receptionist this morning. Who was going to call me back. No call back. So at 5:30 pm I call. Lady puts me on hold twice. The second time exceeded 10 minutes. Couldn't stand to listen to the recording an 11th time. I hung up, hoping to find their email address. I'm getting really annoyed

This particular Hair Club is overrated ....better off going to a privately owned hair salon that have these services and you'll save a ton of money and way better service

I have never left a bad review before, not that I have never dealt with poor service from a business before but hair club is so shockingly abysmal that I feel the need to help others avoid throwing their money in the dumpster. At first I went to the Delray center and after running out of options as everything about the staff was horrendous I had no choice to switch to Orlando hoping they would be competent enough to handle their business and ran the gambit there as well. The standards at both locations are super low. After dealing with frustration after frustration I asked at both locations what was going on and it was always the same answer "we cant find good staff". But you can still sell people the world as they walk in and sucker them out of $7500? Really? Managment in my 10 months at both locations was just a revolving door of employees that just had no business serving in that capacity. The very ones saying "we cant find good staff". LOL!!! Management along with the front end staff that helps manage things is the epitome of incompetence. They literally just dont listen . The famous move I found that Orlando center uses is "let me call you back" to never get that call. Stylists at both centers need to just admit their quality level, and go give little boys bowl haircuts for $15 as from my experience is about as good as it gets for them. I have had them absolutely butcher my visit and have to start all over again a total of 3 times. a 1.5 hour process from start to finish. I have had the wrong system applied. I have had horrendous hair cuts. I have been lied to more than once. I had one rip the system off my head because she didnt get it right the first time taking skin off and also getting alcohol solution in my eyes. The glue being applied into the sore skin area didnt suck any less either. Im sitting there burning and I actually had to ask for a wet towel for my eyes. Ironically I had told them I never wanted her to take care of me because of a previous botch job but I drove all the way there, 2 hours from me to be told the other stylist was not available and she was all they had for me. If I had been given that call head of time I would have never went and would have asked to figure something else out, perhaps a different day or something. So I took the desperate gamble and paid the price. As a person who owns a service business myself with a lot of moving pieces there is just no excuse for any of this. I have my hiccups just like anyone else but not around every single corner. To clarify to anyone wondering why I would go 10 months of stupidity the answer is because they lock you in to a year contract with lies and tactics for $7500 so after that what choice do you really have. I guess that is the one good thing they are good at. Sucking people into having no choice to use them for at least a year.
