Kristopher was extremely knowledgeable on the different manufacturers of homes. He advised me on the upgrades that were available with different manufactures and things to look for on mobile home webpages. My experience was good and i would recommend stopping by and talking with them about options and inventory prior to any purchase.

I went to look at a home and Kristopher was NO HELP at all. the model i was looking for he said they don't make that model in my area any longer. He told me they have the next model up I asked how much that model was it took him a bit to even come up with a price. He said we have that model you can go look at it He handed me the map pointed to which side it was on BUT DID NOT GO WITH me so i could ask questions, I just don't think he wanted to help me with a sale and when I asked if there could be any changes made like having the master bath done to ADA (AMERICANS WITH DISABILITY ACT) he said no it can't. Then said to try another maker who has a model with a shower stall yea he knew about the other makers model they deal with the other. Well I will NEVER send anyone to their lot they don't want to sell when it is cold outside. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE VERY POOR...

Siding is still messed up. Different guys has been out to replace it but instead they just snapped it togetherLarge gaps in between. The siding was supposed to been replaced but instead it was just snapped back together. And when the wind blows it unsnapped leaving a large space. Hopefully Monore county Mobil home will fix the issue.
