I have curly hair and this probably would've been fine for someone with straight hair but this was the worst haircut experience I have ever had. A positive was that it's a cute/clean salon.On the phone, while making the appointment, I asked if the hairdresser (her name is Dawn) would know how to cut my curly hair. I was told yes but she did not know how to cut curly hair at all. I wanted dead ends gone, subtle layers, and face framing. Now, I have a very short layer around my hair that can barely fit in my ponytails/buns. There is barely any blending between the two stark layers. It looks ugly and unprofessional. I usually get a blow out at the end of haircuts so I asked for that after I started to get worried about the cut, thinking we could fix up some pieces once we knew what it looked like dry. This woman had no idea how to do a blow out. I deeply regret not taking a picture of this because I cannot describe how ugly it was. She tried to curl over it to reduce the frizz but she also didn't know how to curl... She didn't use any products during this process for things like heat protection.She knew it was terrible and her solution was to just get my hair wet again. So I left with a terrible haircut and wet hair. That cost $50! I will never return here and I will try to warn everyone I know.
