They don't deserve any stars. I ordered a pizza to be picked up at the curbside. I arrived on time and called the phone listed on the parking spot. Nothing... None picked up the phone after two tries. Then I decided to pick it up at the restaurant and it took at least 5 more minutes to get it. Bad attitude from the lady at the counter and not even a simple apology for the bad service. Never again. Last time I order from them.

Ordered for delivery, received wrong order, called to notify store, spoke to Nick supposedly a manager, he said he would not credit my card, said they were out of what I ordered, no one bothered to call me to tell me they didn't have what we ordered, they just sent out the wrong order to be delivered, Pizza Hut staff refused to credit my Visa, Nick said he would only give me a store credit, I said no, requested driver to come pick up order and to credit my Visa, Nick refused and hung up on me. Horrible staff!!

Pizza was over 20 minutes late past highest estimate, all boxes were crushed, no marinara sauce for the breadsticks. Tried to even call but no answer on the phones. Poor standards I guess.

Ordered Pizza at 5:44pm. Called at 6:40 wondering status of my order?  Person on the phone indicated would be another 5 minutes.Called again @ 6:57 indicating pizza was delivered but no answer on cell phone.  I said, I have been waiting by the phone no one called.  A women got on the phone, got an attitude telling me I gave them the wrong phone number and got an attitude with me. I then asked to speak with a manager, he too got an attitude and put me on hold.  Another person got on the phone to take my new order and would take another hour...you mean to tell me you don't have my order? Nope! Went on the trash!  I understand there was a confusion with the address but what poor attitude by all 3 people including the manager who supposedly was the driver he said "you gave us an incorrect address that is why when they ask to verify you verify"It is 7:30pm and still waiting for the pizza.  When I asked what address do they have..they had the wrong address.. I'm scared of eating the pizza they might do something nasty to it..Pizza still not here!
