He is the best! I had some competitors come out for estimates and they tried to push me to replace some especially stained planks and to pay extra for 'better' seals. Ace came out, told me not to worry about it, and came in MUCH cheaper. I could not be happier. He's pretty old school, using paper invoices and such, but super nice small family business and the best quality I could hope for. I'm not associated with them at all, but this is a place I will fully support and know my money is going straight to the person who's getting dirty and doing the hard work. Gary came to the house, gave me an estimate, said he was very busy but, my job would be fairly quick, no sanding, just buffing and 1 coat in each bedroom and 2 coats of oil based polyurethane in the living and dining rooms he could squeeze me in between other big jobs. He was there a couple hours on Sat and 2 hours on Sunday. My floors look gorgeous! He was also very reasonably priced.
