Not sure if this company knows about call forwarding but when you call their main line you never get ahold of anyone and 4 of the 5 prompts go to the same persons voicemail. I'm not sure if they check these voicemails but I have been trying to get ahold of their "design department" for a mutual customer they did work for and zero return calls.

Extremely rude and unprofessional to customers and residents alike. Understaffed because they don't know how to speak to their employees. Terrible onboarding/leasing processes. Unethical practices.

I once stayed in an apartment managed by them in KCMO. There was a murder that happened in the building. A busted pipe flooded the second floor and the lobby. No one was ever informed or updated on either of these situations. Poor quality service. Glorified slum lords.

I was a main key holder in my Alexander company took over and gave me to the end of the month to get out. Now I'm 67 and homeless thanks to them.
