MANAGER, service & order accuracy was HORRIBLE!
Manager: Not friendly- Not professional & made my husband and I feel like WE were a problem bc we were there ordering as if she didnt want to help or even speak to anyone (not just us) it was obvious she hates her job and does NOT want to be bothered with customers.
We walked away after picking up our order feeling in shock at how she treated usshe was being sarcastic, rude, imposing, unprofessional, unfriendly, not helpful, and ARGUMENTIVE! We had a **horrible experience for the few short minutes we were in there picking up our Mobil order. This has RUINED our appetite now and we ended up just throwing our food away in the trash- bc we are so upset at the service we received specifically from the manager.
No words can express how horrible this experience was and this is NOT the first time dealing with her (the manager) being like this either. We feel that she does NOT need to be in this industry or dealing with customers at all for that matter
***And to Top it off
WE DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE EVERYTHING WE ORDERED we did not get our full order and that just added to the extremely disappointing experience.
