Less than one star.Charged us over 400 dollars to replace a 1 year old battery in a 2020 vehicle and was told was not under warranty, which I thought was strange. After inquiring with another dealership about the warranty period we were told the battery was in fact warrantied for THREE YEARS!! When we stopped in to complain, and in the end get our money back, the owner said-and I quote, Well I got you right in, didnt I? That statement about sums up the customer service at Hights! If your do business at Hights be cautious and take what they say at face value!

I was lucky to get fit into a cancelled appointment for the next day. They got my Jeep right in for the appointment time and quickly took care of the appointment needs. Thank you. Very impressed.

The service dept is great. I had been having random issues with my jeep, and it had been to other shops multiple times, for weeks at a time. Jeff and his crew, took it in for diagnosis, gave it back to me and scheduled the repair. And even the repair only took a half day. Very happy
