Amazing staff with A+ care for all of their visiting pets and customers. We adopted our very first pet at 4 months old from a local pet shelter. She has some separation and anxiety from past shelter experiences. Which was a big concern for our family when we thought of boarding her while we were on vacation. I was happy to be able to view our pet via their cameras every day. I was able to see the care, comfort and love they offered daily. When I came back our dog was so excited to us that I almost cried. The staff here is amazing with all animals and I would recommend them time and time again!

If youre looking for well priced and a caring groomer, I suggest the Ark wholeheartedly. From the sweet person I spoke and scheduled with to the phenomenal front desk, Allie and groomer Brittney!
To say I was impressed by Allie is an understatement. Allie welcomed us in with a smile as soon as we came in. She checked in multiple dogs at once while she also tended to my new membership with the BEST attitude. The other dogs and people seemed to really respond to her kindness and great personality. My boy Remy is a shy boy but she made him feel very comfortable around her. Allies work ethic and compassion for people and the animals shined through. 10/10.
Now to Brittney, the groomer, WOW! She made my boy look even more handsome than before. A highly skilled professional, if you ask me. The way she was so gentle with Remy really made me feel like he was in great hands. She was so kind to him and I can tell he had a great time when he came out to us wagging tail behind him. 10/10
Over all, I am glad I picked the Ark for Remy!
