I went here for an updo and an idea of what i wanted my hair to look like. The hairstylist I had was not prepared at all and the first 30 minutes there had been no progress except for getting sprayed down with hairspray. I started to panic as I was pressed on time. She eventually left to go find something and i walked away to the front desk to ask if there was anyone who could do a simple updo. The lady at the front (may have been the manager) quickly took me to her area and started working right away. She did a great job but I don't think it was worth what it cost especially with having to be a bit rushed. Overall i would rate it as 4 star because they were able to fix the issue but they should be better prepared with their stylist.

I have travelled and lived around the USA and the globe and SHEAR ARTISTRY is, without a doubt, THE BEST HAIR SALON (!) I have ever had the privilege to frequent. (I would give 10 stars if I could). Stacey is my stylist and also the owner of Shear Artistry. I have been her client for almost 5 years. I have LOVED every one of my cuts, colors and styles. ALWAYS attentive, Stacey, never fails to listen to me (Today I would like to grow my hair out/Today I would like you to cut my hair short ), and I CONSISTENTLY leave the salon with a fantastic, salon fresh, hairstyle. (Their products are awesome and smell amazing too!). Stacey takes her work very seriously and it is evident she loves her job and clients. It is also evident that she cares for her staff and trainee stylists. She has tutored and mentored many young stylists during my tenure and it is obvious to me that they all respect and admire her skills, but also her humble and quiet confidence. The salon is beautiful and I enjoy every minute Im there. Stacy and her staff also have a way of renewing your spirit at each visit even when they have lots on their mind!! (Who knew (??) - I am praying for the swift, hassle free, and safe replacement of your floors! ). I have watched other stylists create at this salon and witnessed many smiles and gorgeous styles leave their premises. All are great stylists. This is wonderful (and rare) business manned by a super classy LADY and her staff, all of whom possess, supreme integrity. Stacey you are very much appreciated and I thank you and ALL your (Sheer Artists) for a great monthly spa experience. Thank you ALL so much!
