North Star bought out my apartment complex a few months ago. Since then, it has been completely horrible trying to get ahold of them. The refrigerator in my apartment stopped working almost a month ago. I put in a maintenance request right away, they didnt respond for all most a week. Then a maintenance man came out and said it was broken and we will need a new one. That was almost 2 weeks ago and no one will contact me about getting the new fridge. All my of my food has waisted and I cant buy refrigerator items because they will just go bad too.
I have called every number that North Star has and no one has ever answered my call. I have texted and email and only got a text that someone will call me the next day about the fridge and that was 3 days ago and no one has called or texted.
This is horrible property management. I do not recommend anybody live in a place this business owns.
