I get a PNC targeted mail promotion for opening a new Virtual Wallet with Performance Select checking or just Performance Select checking. I went to Hugh Rd branch, Madison AL twice. The branch did not honor this offer. First time, they did not know what to do and ask me to make an appointment online first. Then I went to second time with an appointment. this time, after I waited 30 minutes, they told me I have to open the account online for the promotion. Frustrated.

I love the people at this PNC. They are so kind and respectful. It doesn't matter if you have $10.00 or $100,000, dollars, they treat everyone the same. That is so refreshing to me.
