Madera community hospital is closed down! If you need to go to a hospital, you will have to travel to fresno or merced.

Came in on Xmas eve and got in so quick
Nurses and staff where so nice, fast and very informative..
We just moved here from Arizona and I am not use to the fog/mist. So it was nice to be able to take the back roads to this hospital.
I would have definitely not made it to Fresno!
I just found out during our visit this hospital is closing. What a great loss for this community that I am now apart of.
Thank you to Tyler and all the staff working tonight. You guys are amazing.

So sad, the really good nurses have all left or moved on to better pay. UNFORTUNATELY when PA Karen Palonelli became temporary CEO and now a permanent mistake, it went to hell! . Why work here when you can travel 20 minutes either way and make more money? The care is substandard and it's more like a low income medi Cal hospital! Food is disgusting and took out the salad bar(before Covid) the best thing about the cafeteria! Need I say more?

If I could give 10 stars I would .the staff was great, from the kitchen to the nursing staff, and the Dr made my moms hospital stay very easy and safe. It's a small hospital ,that provides that small town at home environment. I know my mom is well cared for at this hospital. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my moms care but MCH.
